Nice. 
The focus and DOF are good, and the bokeh is nice. I like that you've included the group of birds in the background; it's a nice addition to the image.
The colours and exposure are quite goood, although the main gannet's head seems a little dark. You could play around with the brightness and contrast of the shot to make it stand out more (just be careful not to blow out the white bodies).
I think you could improve the composition by cropping some of the space from the left side, so that the main bird isn't so centred. You could crop a little from the top of the frame too.
